Bioenergy is attracting more attention worldwide due to its environmental and economic benefits. The design of a feasible biodiesel supply chain network can effectively improve the production use then further promote development industry. As an easy recyclable material with high yield, kitchen waste has good prospect solve public health safety problems. This paper takes producing as object optimize in order sustainable industry operational efficiency chain. By designing model under defined conditions, it proposes strategic tactical decisions related location, production, inventory, distribution within multiple planning cycles. In model, Pareto optimal NSGAII heuristic algorithm proposed applied practical case study restaurants Jiangsu Province. method solution are verified by study. overall optimization chain, reduce system cost, profit operators, industry, which important guiding significance reference value for practice planning.
